The Item Tracker is the core of your reselling operation. Add items manually, use eBay Sync to bulk upload from CSVs, use Smart Import with a URL, or let AI do the work — scan a barcode or snap a photo and the app fills in the details automatically. Premium users can leverage Intelligent Insight for AI-driven price and demand estimates.
How to Use Item Tracker

Add a new item
Click "Add New Item" to start. You can type details manually, or use the AI-powered barcode scanner or image analyzer to automatically fill in item info like name, description, and category.
Pro Tip: The image analyzer works great for items without barcodes — just snap a photo of the item and AI identifies it.

Log your purchase
Once an item is added, open it and use the "Transactions" tab. Log how much you paid for it. This becomes your cost basis for profit tracking.

Mark items as BOLO
Use the "BOLO Temperature" dropdown to flag items with a fire rating. This helps you recognize profitable items while sourcing — higher flames mean higher demand.
Pro Tip: BOLO stands for 'Be On the Look Out'. Use it consistently so you quickly spot winners during sourcing trips.

Use Smart Import
Smart Import uses URLs from eBay, Poshmark, Depop, or Etsy to import items into the item tracker.

Use eBay Sync
The eBay Sync tool allows you to upload a CSV for bulk import.

Leverage Intelligent Insight
Premium users automatically get an AI-powered Intelligent Insight rating for each tracked item, estimating its potential value and demand based on live market data.

Record the sale
When you sell an item, log the sale price in the Transactions tab. The app automatically calculates your net profit.
